Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of neue7.com (the "site"), run by NEUE7 Entertainment Ltd., 45 Republic Street, Valletta, VLT 1112, Malta ("NEUE7", "we", "us"). By using the site, you accept them; if you don't accept them, please don't use it. They apply from 12 October 2026.

1. What the site is for

The site presents NEUE7 Entertainment and its products. Our products are offered to business partners only, under separate written agreements. Nothing on the site is an offer to the public, or an offer you can accept by using the site. What we provide, and on what terms, is set out in those agreements.

2. Who may use it

The site is meant for professionals and businesses. If you use it, or send us a request, on behalf of a company, you confirm that you're allowed to.

3. Using the site

You may browse the site, read it and share links to it. You must not:

• attack, overload or disrupt the site, or try to reach parts of it that aren't public;

• test it for vulnerabilities, or get around its security measures, without our written permission;

• copy its content in bulk with automated tools, other than as a search engine or a service that follows our robots.txt;

• send false or misleading information through our forms, or pretend to be someone else;

• send spam or anything harmful, such as malware;

• use the site for anything unlawful.

We may block access that breaks these rules. If you find a security vulnerability, please report it to legal@neue7.com rather than testing further.

4. Our content and names

The site's text, images, renders, video, design and code, and the NEUE7 name and wordmark, belong to NEUE7 Entertainment Ltd. or to those who license them to us, and the law protects them. You may view them and share links to the site. Anything else, such as copying, changing or republishing them, or using our name or wordmark, needs our written permission. 5. Information on the site

We work to keep the site accurate and current, but its content is general information about our company and products. It isn't advice, and it doesn't describe what we'll provide to you: our agreements do. Figures such as the number of machines live or of brands on our platform describe our business when published, and they change. We may change or remove any content without notice.

6. What you send us

When you send us a request, you confirm that what it says is accurate and that you may share it. We handle the personal data in it as our privacy policy describes. If you send us ideas or feedback, we may use them without any obligation to you.

7. Other sites

The site links to sites and services we don't run, such as our social profiles. We aren't responsible for their content or for how they handle your data.

8. Availability

We may change, suspend or withdraw the site, or any part of it, at any time. We don't promise that it will always be available or free of errors.

9. Liability

The site is free to use and provided as it is. As far as the law allows, we give no warranties about it, and we aren't liable for any loss that comes from using it, from being unable to use it or from relying on its content. That includes loss of profit, revenue, data or business opportunities, and indirect or consequential loss.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law doesn't allow us to limit, such as liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

10. Privacy

Our privacy policy explains how we handle personal data on the site.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version on this page applies from the date shown with it, and using the site after a change means you accept the new version.

12. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Malta, and the courts of Malta have jurisdiction over any dispute about them. This doesn't take away any right that mandatory law gives you to bring proceedings elsewhere. If a court finds any part of these terms unenforceable, the rest still applies.
